Three years ago (oct 2019) as I was entering a new phase of business , Mark was able to update my Mac systems and streamline procedures for me between email, dropbox , scans etc working thru the nights to save my system .Here I am three years later (2022) growth in business , new needs as was squeezing the life out of my Macs and their limits ….. Mark is knowledgeable and even though my model is older he didn't shame me about that and he didn't insist that I buy a newer computer, he worked with what i had and what I wanted to do. He was very helpful and easy on the phone discussing options so my decisions were easy to make.
